This service ("Toss Sense") is operated by R&D STREAMS ("we", "us", "our"). R&D STREAMS is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with Toss Sense. For privacy questions, contact us through the support channels listed in-app.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data: email address, login credentials, display name, district/region.
- Profile data: optional information you add to your profile.
- Gameplay data: rooms joined, predictions, scores, latency, traits (impulsiveness/patience).
- Subscription data: tier, status, period end (payment details are handled by Paddle).
- Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser/user-agent, cookies, log/telemetry data.
- Support data: messages and content you send us.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Creating and securing your account — performance of contract.
- Providing the game, persistent rooms, leaderboards, and Pro features — performance of contract.
- Fraud prevention, abuse detection, and service security — legitimate interests.
- Service improvement and debugging — legitimate interests.
- Customer support — performance of contract / legitimate interests.
- Marketing (where applicable) — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Legal and tax compliance — legal obligation.
4. How we share data
We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, analytics, and support tooling.
- Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle): our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, subscription billing, payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refunds, and acts as an independent controller for that processing.
- Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and audit advisers.
- Authorities: where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside your country/region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, as applicable.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data; to object to processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We aim to respond within one month.
