How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will help you get in touch with Paddle.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.
